Hi, I'm Johnny Cash

Johnny Cash live in Paso Robles, California in August of 1991

I took a bunch of pictures of Johnny Cash with my old Canon AE1 and forgot about them for quite a few years. They were taken at a free show he did at the Mid State Fair in Paso Robles, California. I had a few scanned and then hadn't really looked at them in a long time. I found the rest in a drawer this weekend so I scanned all of them and posted them on Flickr. At this point in his career he was a "living legend" but hadn't connected with Bono or Rick Rubin yet, and he was still mostly known for his classics from decades earlier.
